Ian Feiler, Principal
Ian Feiler is an accomplished fundraising professional with deep experience securing the resources necessary for mission-driven organizations to grow and achieve ambitious goals for impact and positive social change.Over 15+ years, Ian has built systems and led fundraising for mission-driven organizations: strengthening institutional fundraising and grant systems at Synergos, directing fund development and helping secure a $96 million advocacy grant at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, expanding corporate sponsorships at United Cerebral Palsy, building a foundation grant program from scratch at Public Justice Foundation, and co-creating and scaling a crowdsourcing musical instrument platform at Ear Candy Charity.Ian’s background includes community leadership development training through Public Allies Arizona, a Master of Social Work with concentration in Nonprofit Planning, Administration, and Community Practice from Arizona State University, and a BA with an English literature major and studio arts minor from SUNY Geneseo in New York.When not working, Ian is likely to be running or hiking, making images, or exploring and creating with his two adventurous young children.
